
Recipe - serves a party of 8-10
8 medium sized potatos
1 carrot
3 eggs
2 slices of ham
Approx 200g Japanese mayo (it MUST be Japanese!)
A pinch of salt
Boil potatoes, carrot and eggs in a big pot. Remove potato/carrot skin and egg shell when cooked.
Mash the potatoes.
Dice carrot and eggs into small cubes.
Cut ham into small square slices.
Add mayo and salt to the mashed potato and mix well.
Mix in carrot, eggs, and ham.
Refrigerate and serve cold.
